Total exports of steel products in Iran decreased by 4% in 11 months, compared to the same period of the previous year, and reached 2,899,000 tons. Among these products;
Slab exports decreased by 13%, while billet and bloom exports increased by 6%. While the export of profiles, which is among the steel products, was 2,482,000 thousand tons, it decreased by 0.2% in the 11th month of this year.
Construction iron exports reached 2,197,000 tons with an increase of 1% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Exports of flat steel products decreased by 20% to 417 thousand tons.
Sponge iron exports, on the other hand, decreased by 22% compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 769 thousand tons.
