According to the Official Journal of the European Union (EU) published on September 16, 2021, the European Commission has extended the existing anti-dumping duties on imports of stainless steel cold rolled flat products originating in China and Taiwan.
The EU pointed out that the cancellation of the current AD measure applied to China and Taiwan in 2015 would cause material damage to EU manufacturers.
The AD tax rate assigned to China ranges from 24.4-25.3% and is 6.8% for Taiwan, while Chia Far Industrial Factory Company is still subject to 0%.
