Esteel Enterprise Pte. Ltd. announced on September 8, 2022 that it has signed a subscription agreement to issue 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of USD 1 per share for a gross revenue of USD 30,000,000. The transaction will involve the participation of new investor Theme International Holdings Limited and will own 6.6% of the company's shares upon closing of the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close on September 16, 2022. And the transaction was approved by the board of investors.
