The court stated that the documents in the company's application were duly and complete and granted a temporary respite for 3 months. At the same time, the court ruled to protect the assets of the company and appointed Kamber Kaya, Yeşim Turan and Nejla Ergür as temporary concordat commissioners. Creditors have the right to object within 7 days from the date of the announcement.
How the company's concordat process will continue will be clarified at the preliminary examination and first investigation hearing to be held on September 2, 2025.
