“ECE Türkiye Aleyhine Hiçbir Soruşturma Gerçekleşmedi”

ECE Türkiye hakkında çıkan asılsız haberle ilgili açıklama yayınladı. İşte o açıklama:

"ECE Türkiye, Modern East Alışveriş Merkezi’nin sahibi değildir ve ECE Türkiye aleyhine hiçbir soruşturma gerçekleşmemiştir.

14 ülkede 199 Alışveriş Merkezi yöneten Alman ECE Grubu’nun Türkiye iştiraki ECE Türkiye, İstanbul Anadolu yakası, Ümraniye ilçesinde yer alan Modern East Alışveriş Merkezi’nin yönetim sözleşmesini, 21 Ekim 2016 tarihi itibari ile, alışveriş merkezinin sahibi olan şirketin kayyımlarca temsil edilen yeni yönetimi ile varılan karşılıklı anlaşma gereğince feshetmiştir.
