Decision from Kalekim to establish a company in Romania

Kalekim is preparing to establish a company in Romania as part of its overseas investments. The company, titled “Kalekim Romania S.A.” with a capital of RON 500 thousand, will provide sales and marketing services in the fields of activity of Kalekim, especially in construction chemicals, paint and plaster.

In the statement made by Kalekim to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on the subject, “With the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 16.11.2021, 50% of the capital of our company is to be carried out in sales and marketing in the fields of activity of our company, especially in construction chemicals, paint and plaster. It has been decided to establish a company with the title 'Kalekim Romania SA' in Romania with a capital of 500,000,- (five hundred thousand) RON, in which we participated. Strategic partnership negotiations have been postponed until a concrete development occurs between the Parties, with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 21.05. statements were included.
