Kardemir Takes Center Stage
Kardemir’s rebar price rose to TRY 34,350/ton ($595/ton), while its billet price was reported at $545/ton + VAT.
According to market sources, Kardemir’s reported sales totaled:
- Billet: 116,850 tons
- Rebar: 36,250 tons
Sales for both product groups were reportedly closed.
