China's seamless pipe exports held steady

In July 2023, China exported 7 million tons of steel, down 0.2 million tons from June. In the first seven months of 2023, the country's steel exports increased by 27 percent compared to 2022 and reached 50 million tons.

According to customs data, China's seamless pipe exports in July 2023 did not show any significant change compared to previous months. In addition, exports are expected to decline in August due to the measures taken by various countries to protect their mineral resources.
