According to the information released by NBS (China National Bureau of Statistics), China domestic rebar prices increased by 1.8 percent at the end of July 2023. It is stated that the average 16-25 mm size HRB 400 rebar prices in China at the end of July 2023 stood at RMB 3,752/mt, up RMB 67.6/mt or 1.8 percent compared to mid-July.
Wire rod prices rose 1.7 percent, HRC prices rose 1.4 percent, medium plate prices rose 3.5 percent, seamless pipe prices rose 0.5 percent, and angle prices 2 percent.
