Çemtaş announced a net loss of TL 115 million in 2025

Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. announced its financial results for the year 2025. The company reported a net loss of TL 115.96 million in 2025. In 2024, the net loss was TL 39.04 million.

According to the disclosed figures, the company’s total assets increased to TL 9.06 billion at the end of 2025, compared to TL 8.31 billion in 2024. As of 2025, current assets amounted to TL 5.01 billion, while non-current assets stood at TL 4.04 billion.

On the liabilities side, a notable increase was recorded. The company’s total liabilities reached TL 2.53 billion in 2025, up from TL 1.54 billion the previous year. Short-term liabilities were reported at TL 950.35 million, while long-term liabilities totaled TL 1.58 billion.

Shareholders’ equity amounted to TL 6.52 billion at the end of 2025, slightly below the TL 6.78 billion recorded in 2024.
