On February the 2nd, 2023, the Canadian Court of International Trade announced that it will continue to impose a five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on bars originating in or exported from six countries, following mandatory expiration review.
The AD tax rate for Taiwan, Belarus, Hong Kong, Portugal, Spain and Japan ranged from 0% to 108.5%.
