Brazilian export destinations were the USA - 17.6 thousand tons at a price of $825/t FOB and South American countries - 5.2 thousand tons at a price of $678/t FOB.
In turn, in September this year, Brazil imported 41.6 thousand tons of steel wire rod versus 28.2 thousand tons in the previous month. In the month under review, supplies from China amounted to 31.6 thousand tons at a price of $605/t FOB, from Egypt - 6.1 thousand tons ($610/t FOB), from Russia - 3 thousand tons ($560/t FOB), from EU countries - 700 tons ($100/t FOB) and from Japan - 200 tons ($1128/t FOB).
