Borusan Pipe reported a net profit of TL 1.27 billion for the full year according to its 2025 financial results.

Borusan Pipe (BRSAN) has announced its financial results for 2025. The company posted a net profit of TL 1.272 billion for the full year, returning to profitability following a net loss of TL 226.6 million reported in 2024.

In the fourth quarter of the year, Borusan reported a net loss of TL 262.4 million. Sales revenues increased by 30% year-on-year in 2025, reaching TL 71.5 billion. Operating profit increased by 79% to TL 3.07 billion, while EBITDA amounted to TL 4.78 billion.

On the balance sheet side, total assets reached TL 76.2 billion, while total liabilities stood at TL 38.5 billion. Shareholders’ equity increased by 2% quarter-on-quarter to TL 37.7 billion. Borusan’s market capitalization stood at TL 102.1 billion, with a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 80.27 and a market-to-book ratio of 2.71.
