UAE based BelRemaitha Steel Factory announced that it has completed its first commercial export, shipping 1,000 tons of billets to Saudi Arabia. This development is regarded as an important milestone, signaling the transition of the factory into commercial production and export activities following its restart.
Company officials emphasized that this export is not merely a delivery, but also represents the beginning of BelRemaitha products reaching markets outside the United Arab Emirates. It was also stated that this step clearly reflects the progress achieved during the factory’s restructuring process.
During the export process, logistics operations were handled by Zajel, while cooperation between the local industrial sector and the chamber of commerce was established with the participation of officials from the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
BelRemaitha Steel Factory (formerly Alfa Steel Factory) aims to supply high quality steel products from Ajman to both domestic projects within the UAE and international markets. The company offers billets, rebar, and various steel products, and stated that this first export marks an important step in its growth and global expansion strategy.
