After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies at Marmara University, Küner started her career as a Foreign Trade Specialist at Tezcan Galvaniz. Küner assumed important responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Manager at Çelik Halat, where she worked for nearly 10 years, and then held various positions at Galva Metal for nearly 6 years. Finally, Küner returned to Çelik Halat as Sales and Marketing Group Manager.
Küner shared a post on his LinkedIn account following the appointment and stated, "Today, I am experiencing one of the most beautiful days of my life. I’m honored to share that I’ve been appointed as the General Manager of Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş.—a company where I first walked through the doors 21 years ago. I would like to thank Mr. Serhan Çetinkaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Kaplan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, who deemed me worthy of this position. Many thanks and love to all my teammates who conveyed their congratulations and support to me."
