Azmüsebat Çelik'in Devri İçin Rekabet'e Başvuru

Rekabet Kurumuna, Azmüsebat Çelik AŞ'deki Cansu ailesine ait hisselerin Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ ve Murat Ülker tarafından devralınmasına ilişkin bildirimde bulunuldu.

Kurumun internet sitesinde yer alan duyuruya göre, Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation'ın tek kontrolünün Canon Inc. tarafından devralınması için başvuru yapıldı.

Ayrıca, Azmüsebat Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ'de bulunan Cansu ailesine ait hisselerin Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ ve Murat Ülker tarafından devralınmasına ilişkin bildirim gerçekleştirildi.
