22 companies from the iron and steel sector were included in the ISO second 500 list

Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) announced the results of the ‘Türkiye's Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2024’ survey.

22 companies from the iron and steel sector were included in the ISO second 500 list

According to recent research, the production-based sales of Türkiye’s Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises increased by 41% compared to the previous year, reaching 1.393 trillion TL. Among them, 22 companies operating in the dynamic iron and steel sector succeeded in making it onto the list.

At the top of the sectoral ranking stands ERBOSAN Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the industry's prominent players. The company achieved production-based net sales of 4.1 billion TL, securing 4th place in the overall ranking and 1st place within the iron and steel sector.

Following ERBOSAN is Tufan Endüstri Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., with production-based net sales of 4.03 billion TL, ranking 17th overall.

Another key industry player, Kenan Metal A.Ş., generated 4 billion TL in production-based net sales and ranked 24th on the list. Dimin Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. found its place at 59th, with 3.7 billion TL in sales.

Boskay Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. made a notable leap, reaching 75th place with production-based net sales of 3.6 billion TL, up from 98th place the previous year. Similarly, Corbus Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. climbed from 85th to 35th place with 3.5 billion TL in sales.

Among the sector’s long-established companies, Has Çelik ve Halat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. recorded 3.4 billion TL in net sales, placing 115th, a 15-position drop compared to the previous year.

According to the data announced by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), the following iron and steel companies were listed among the Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises in Türkiye:
