Nippon Steel’e bağlı kuruluşlar birleştiriliyor

Japonya’nın önemli firmalarından Nippon Steel Corporation, 1 Ekim’de yeni bir şirket olarak Nippon Steel Processing Co.’yu kurmayı hedefliyor. Kurulacak bu şirketin amaçları arasında sektördeki talepleri karşılama kapasitesini artırmak, ürünleri daha iyi hale getirmek ve tedarik zincirini güçlendirmek yer alıyor.

Yeni şirket Nippon Steel Processing Co. , yaklaşık 790 kişiyi istihdam eden Mitsubishi Metal Industry, Nippon Steel Wire ve Nippon Steel Seiko şirketleri bir araya getirilerek kurulacak.
