İzdemir Enerji, İzmir Demir Çelik hisselerinden geri alım yapacak

İzdemir Enerji, İzmir Demir Çelik hissesinden 105 milyon adet ve 650 milyon liraya kadar geri alım kararı aldı.

İzdemir Enerji, İzmir Demir Çelik hisselerinden geri alım yapacak

İzdemir Enerji, ana ortağı İzmir Demir Çelik’in borsada işlem gören hisse fiyatının faaliyetlerinin gerçek performansını yansıtmaması durumunda pay sahiplerini korumak ve sağlıklı fiyat oluşumuna katkıda bulunmak amacıyla geri alımda bulunacağını duyurdu.

Karar gereğince İzmir Demir Çelik hisseleri 3 yıl süre ile 105 milyon adet paya kadar geri alıma konu edilecek. İzdemir Enerji’nin geri alım için ayırdığı fon ise 650 milyon TL. Söz konusu fon şirketin öz kaynaklarından karşılanacak.
