Yükselen Çelik completes first half of 2026 with TL 54 million net profit

Yükselen Çelik has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026. After reporting a net loss of TL 123.16 million in the same period last year, the company turned to a net profit of TL 54.33 million in the first half of this year.

Yükselen Çelik’s sales revenues also increased during the period. Revenue rose by approximately 32% year on year, from TL 634.63 million in the first half of 2025 to TL 838.85 million in the first half of 2026.

Operating loss turns into TL 126.5 million profit

The company also recorded a significant improvement in its operating performance. Yükselen Çelik reported an operating loss of TL 68.64 million in the first half of 2025, compared with an operating profit of TL 126.54 million in the same period of 2026.

Gross profit increased by 127% year on year, rising from TL 115.93 million to TL 262.71 million.

EBITDA also rose sharply, from TL 11.57 million in the first half of 2025 to TL 171.11 million in the first half of 2026, representing a 1,379% year-on-year increase.

Equity exceeds TL 1 billion

Yükselen Çelik’s equity attributable to the parent company reached TL 1.007 billion as of the first half of 2026. This compares with TL 538.86 million in the same period last year, marking an annual increase of 87%.

Current assets increased by 28% year on year to TL 1.44 billion, while non-current assets rose by 18% to TL 609.26 million.

Inventories increased by 18%, from TL 691.24 million in the first half of 2025 to TL 817.05 million.

Cash and cash equivalents, meanwhile, declined by 51% year on year, from TL 52.52 million to TL 25.49 million.

Short-term liabilities decline 6%

Yükselen Çelik’s short-term liabilities decreased by 6% year on year to TL 1.01 billion. Long-term liabilities, however, increased by 6% to TL 35.46 million.

According to the company’s financial results, the strong increases in sales revenue and gross profit were accompanied by significant improvements in EBITDA and operating profit in the first half of 2026. Yükselen Çelik also reversed the net loss recorded in the same period last year, ending the first half of 2026 with a net profit.
