Yükselen Çelik has announced a 100% bonus share capital increase

In a statement, the company confirmed that it has completed the procedures to increase its paid-up capital from              ₺ 125,000,000 to ₺ 250,000,000, representing a 100% increase. The funds for the capital increase will be allocated from retained earnings. The new capital and the relevant amendment to the articles of association have been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry on August 2, 2024. As presented in the attached document, this has been announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, issue number 11135, dated August 2, 2024.

The statement, published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), reads: "Our company has completed the procedures to increase its paid-up capital from ₺125,000,000 to ₺250,000,000, representing a 100% increase, while remaining within its registered capital ceiling of ₺600,000,000. The funds for this increase will be allocated from retained earnings. The new capital and the relevant amendment to our articles of association have been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry on August 2, 2024. As presented in the attached document, this has been announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, issue number 11135, dated August 2, 2024.
