Rebar and wire rod prices in Southern Europe remained stable in the week ending August 25. Prices remained stable.
Market sources expect prices to remain stable until September and demand to be absent.
Local rebar prices ex-Italy have been flat at €660-675 ($716-732) over the past one month.
Wire rod prices for Southern Europe deliveries have also remained unchanged over the past one month. Current prices were hovering around €580-600.
