Uslu Çsm Demir Çelik A.Ş. has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to start the public offering process. If the CMB authorizes the public offering, the company will start collecting demand from investors.
The company, whose IPO date and price have not been announced, will distribute its shares through the equal distribution method and will then be traded on the "Stars Market" on Borsa Istanbul. 25,000,000 Lot shares will be distributed and Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. will lead the public offering process.
Uslu Demir Çelik, which operates in Uslu Group companies Uslu Demir Çelik's 5 thousand square meter closed area facilities in Samsun Tekkeköy Organized Industrial Zone and Uslu Çsm Demir Çelik's 7 thousand 500 square meter closed area facilities in İzmir Menemen, started its operations in 1991.
