The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the preliminary decision of antidumping investigations for some hot rolled flat steel products imported from South Korea.
The USDOC stated that 13 South Korean steelmakers, excluding POSCO, are selling their products below the normal price and therefore they have decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of 0.91% on the products listed above from 13 steelmakers.
