The US Department of Commerce has confirmed that Türkiye's large-diameter welded pipes were not sold at lower prices in the US market from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022.
Four companies, including Cimtas, Noksel, Toscelik Profil, and Toscelik Spiral, did not ship the subject products during the review period. The weighted-average dumping margin for HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. and other companies was set at 0%, effective from September 7, 2023.
