The capacity utilization rate was 76.2% for this week, compared with 76.7% in the previous week. Year-to-date adjusted production was 78,973,000 net tons, with a capacity utilization rate of 77.0%, representing a 3.2% increase compared with the same period last year.
By region, in the week ending November 15; Northeast produced 125,000 net tons, Great Lakes 527,125 net tons, Midwest 263,125 net tons, South 784,125 net tons, and West 46,000 net tons.
