The International Trade Administration (ITA) of the US Department of Commerce announced the results of the administrative review investigation for 2022 in the US Official Journal published on October 18, 2024. Within the scope of this decision, subsidy margins of 2.18% and 6.31% were calculated for Turkish companies.
In addition, the final decision regarding the administrative review investigation for the period between May 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023 was published on August 20, 2024. With this decision, a dumping margin of 0% was determined for Turkish firms. It was determined that 9 Turkish companies subject to the investigation did not export to the US during the specified period.
