In January-February 2023, Ukraine exported 107.58 thousand tons of semi-finished products worth $57.07 million. Exports of semi-finished product of Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises increased by 80.6% compared to January and amounted to 69.24 thousand tons, while monthly export revenue increased by 73.1% to 36.18 million dollars.
Revenue from sales of semi-finished products decreased by 87%. Revenue from the export of slab and billet decreased by 90.1% y-o-y.
Ukraine's rolled product production decreased by 30% m-o-m to 334 thousand tons, pig iron production decreased by 8.1% m-o-m to 353 thousand tons, and steel production increased by 49.3% m-o-m to 424 thousand tons.
