Due to supply chain disruptions caused by the Russia-Ukraine war, Ukraine Metinvest is operating at 30-50% of its pre-war capacity.
Metinvest CEO Yuriy Ryzhenkov said that it was difficult to work during the war due to logistics and delivery, as the Black Sea ports are not suitable for Ukraine's iron ore, steel and coal exports.
Yuriy Ryzhenkov added that it is unclear when the steel mills in the occupied areas can be operational.
