Üçay Mühendislik crowned its growth with three strategic contracts

Operating in the fields of energy, electromechanics, climate control, and e-mobility, Üçay Mühendislik Enerji ve İklimlendirme Teknolojileri A.Ş. has signed significant partnerships aimed at accelerating its growth following its recent initial public offering. With these new agreements, the company’s total contract backlog has exceeded TL 1.5 billion and is expected to make a substantial contribution to its revenues.

Üçay Mühendislik crowned its growth with three strategic contracts

Following the completion of its initial public offering, Üçay Mühendislik Enerji ve İklimlendirme Teknolojileri A.Ş. signed contracts for three strategic projects aimed at maintaining and strengthening its strong position in its core business areas. These projects consist of large-scale collaborations covering the company’s electrical and mechanical installation services.

Project with Tahincioğlu Holding:
Within the Nidapark Küçükyalı project in Istanbul, the company secured a contract worth approximately TL 256 million to undertake the electrical and mechanical installation works for the office block and AVS Phase 1. The project is scheduled for completion on August 30, 2026.

Istanbul Airport Project:
An agreement was signed with the Gelişim Yapı – Ardalya İnşaat joint venture for the electrical installation works of the Turkish Airlines Istanbul Airport OC Car Park and Office Building. The contract value was announced at approximately USD 6.86 million, with completion planned for December 31, 2026.

Denizkoru Bosphorus & Forest Residential Project:
The company signed a contract exceeding TL 1 billion for the electrical and mechanical installation works of the residential project carried out by the IC İçtaş – IC İçmak – YapıTürk partnership. The project is expected to be completed within approximately 18 months.

Turan Şakacı, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of the company, emphasized that these new agreements will strengthen the company’s financial performance and contribute to its sustainable growth objectives.
