Türkiye's wire rod imports increased by 129.84% in 10 months

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Türkiye's wire rod imports in October 2023 increased by 20.91% on a monthly basis compared to the same month of the previous year, while decreasing by 59.83% compared to September.

Looking at the total import figure for the January-October period, total wire rod imports, which was 327,349 tons in January-October 2022, increased by 129.84% to 658,945 tons in the same period of this year.
