According to the information compiled by SteelRadar analysts from Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data, Türkiye's wire rod exports decreased by 38.05% in 2023 compared to the previous year, falling from 1,167,963 tons to 753,513 tons.
In December 2023, 110,848 tons of exports were made, an increase of 251.13% compared to the same month of the previous year. It increased by 19.67% compared to November. December was the month with the highest exports in 2023. The lowest exports were seen in April.
In 2022, the highest exports were recorded in September, while the lowest exports were recorded in December.
