Türkiye's welded pipe exports decreased by 9.6% in February

Türkiye's welded pipe exports decreased by 9.6% y/y and increased by 17.4% m/m in February.

Türkiye's welded pipe exports decreased by 9.6% in February

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's welded pipe exports in February decreased by 9.6% compared to the same month of the previous year, decreasing from 146,908 tons to 132,845 tons. Compared to the previous month, January, it increased by 17.4%.

Total welded pipe exports for the January-February period decreased by 8.2% from 268 thousand 7 tons to 246 thousand 49 tons.

Iraq, Romania and Germany ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's welded pipe exports in the said month. Welded pipe exports to Iraq amounted to 13,797 tons, followed by Romania with 11,039 tons, Germany with 10,795 tons, the United Kingdom with 10,400 tons and Belgium with 10,242 tons.
