Türkiye's steel exports to Uzbekistan in the first nine months of the year reached $56.3 million, an increase of 25.9% compared to the same period last year, the Trade Ministry announced.
In September 2024, Türkiye exported $5 million worth of steel products to Uzbekistan. This represents an increase of 54.3% compared to the same period in 2023.
In September 2024, Türkiye exported steel worth $1.4 million, up 7.5% from September last year, the ministry said.
In the said period, Türkiye's global steel exports increased by 10.7% compared to 2023 and reached 12.2 million dollars.
Between September 2023 and September 2024, Türkiye exported 16 million dollars worth of steel.
