This follows Sinosteel Equipment's turnkey construction of Tosyali Algeria's Phase IV green, low-carbon and short-flow integrated steel mill project.
After the project is put into production, the complete process of DRI - electric furnace steelmaking - slab continuous casting - hot rolling - cold rolling will be the first high-quality plate production line at the international advanced level, which will provide low-carbon and green, green and low-carbon products for the European and Middle East, North Africa markets.
