Toroslar Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ'deki TEDAŞ'a ait yüzde 100 oranındaki hisse, 1 milyar 725 milyon dolar bedelle en yüksek teklifi veren Enerjisa Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ'ye devredildi.

Şirketin devirine ilişkin sözleşme, Özelleştirme İdaresi Başkanlığında imzalandı.

Toroslar Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ için düzenlenen ihalede en yüksek teklifi 1 milyar 725 milyon dolarla Enerjisa Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ vermişti.

Toroslar Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ yaklaşık 2 milyon 880 bin aboneye elektrik hizmeti sunuyor.
