According to the announcement published by TMSF in the Official Gazette, the deadline for investors wishing to benefit from the facility visit has been extended from August 31 to October 16.
The application period for the sale has also been revised. The deadline, which was previously set as September 1 at 16:00, has been moved to October 20 at 16:00.
Tender Date Updated to October 21
According to the new schedule, the tender for Sidemir Sivas Demir Çelik Commercial and Economic Integrity will be held on October 21 at 11:00, instead of September 2 at 14:00.
If the tender takes place, the negotiation date, previously set for September 4 at 14:00, has also been changed. The new negotiation date was announced as October 23 at 11:00.
Estimated Value Set at TRY 1.17 Billion
In its previous announcement published in the Official Gazette, TMSF had announced that the commercial and economic integrity, consisting of assets belonging to Sidemir Sivas Demir Çelik İşletmeleri AŞ and for which the Fund had been appointed as trustee, would be put up for sale.
The estimated value set for Sidemir Sivas Demir Çelik Commercial and Economic Integrity was announced as TRY 1.17 billion.
