THY HABOM Ve THY Teknik Birleşiyor

Türk Hava Yolları (THY) THY Teknik A.Ş ve THY Havacılık Ağır Bakım Onarım Merkezi A.Ş'nin (Habom) birleştirilmesi kararı alındığını duyurdu.

Şirketten KAP'a yapılan açıklamaya göre; iki şirket, THY Habom hisselerinin tamamının, tüm aktif ve pasiflerinin THY Teknik AŞ'ye devri suretiyle birleşecek.
