According to official data, U.S. steel production decreased by 4.6% compared to the previous year. Compared to the previous week, it increased by 1.2%.
In the week ending 25th February, 2023, it was 1,674,000 tons with a capacity utilization rate of 74.9%. Compared to the same period of 2022, it was realized as 1,755,000 tons with a capacity utilization rate of 80.8%.
