The dumping margin for Armenia is 29.11%, for Brazil 13.93-63.05% and for Oman 3.89%. A dumping rate of 62.18% for Russia and 2.28% for Turkey was allocated.
As for CVD, the subsidy rate for Oman is set at 1.93% and Turkey will be subject to 2.60%.
The products in question are aluminum foils classified in subheadings 7607.11.3000, 7607.11.6000, 7607.11.6010, 7607.11, without a back, in reels of a thickness of 0.2 mm or less and weighing more than 25 pounds regardless of width.
The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) will make a final decision on October 31, 2021 on whether the imports of the goods in question from the five countries mentioned above have caused significant damage to the domestic aluminum foil industry.
