The US conducted a drone strike attack in Baghdad

On the 7th of February, the attack was conducted against a senior commander of Kataib Hezbollah and his bodyguards in Baghdad.

On Wednesday evening, the Central Command of the US Army, CENTCOM, confirmed this attack in a statement.

This statement states, "At 9:30 p.m. on February 7, in response to attacks on American military personnel, Central Command (CENTCOM) forces killed a Kataib Hezbollah commander responsible for directly planning and participating in attacks on American forces in the region in a unilateral attack in Iraq."
