The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the construction production index results for November 2025. Accordingly, construction production recorded a strong as yearly increase, rising by 22.3%.
Looking at sub-sectors, building construction production increased by 23.4% compared to the same period of the previous year, while construction of civil engineering structures (non-building construction) increased by 16.7%. During the same period, specialized construction activities also grew by 22.5%.
On a monthly basis, however, the index declined by 0.1% in November 2025 compared to the previous month. In this period, building construction production increased by 0.3% and non-building construction by 0.4%, while specialized construction activities recorded a decrease of 1.8%.
