Temur Aldemir graduated from the Department of Metallurgical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1998 and has nearly 25 years of experience in the steel industry. He began his career in 1999 at Yazıcı Demir Çelik as a meltshop operations engineer, and in the following years held technical and operational roles such as meltshop and continuous casting operations chief, as well as meltshop manager.
Throughout his career, Aldemir has served in managerial positions at both domestic and international companies, including Tosçelik Profil Sac, Nursan Metalurji, Çerçelik, Hod Assaf Industries, Platinum Demir Çelik, Hill Metals, and Vertra Çelik. Between 2019 and 2020, he worked as General Manager at Saudi Arabia based Hill Metals, after which he took on factory management roles at various industrial facilities in Türkiye.
Temur Aldemir served as Plant Manager at Tosyalı Demir Çelik’s facilities in Hatay between September 2024 and August 2025, and was appointed as Plant Manager at Tosyalı Metalurji as of August 2025. As of January 2026, he has been appointed General Manager of Tosyalı Metalurji.
