The discussions covered critical issues such as the investment opportunities Saudi Arabia offers in the mining sector, ways to secure global supply chains, and the role of technological solutions in manufacturing. The Minister also raised issues of knowledge and technology transfer that will contribute to the development of the Kingdom's food industry.

During his meetings in Davos, Minister Al-Khorayef met with the CEO of the London Metal Exchange, the Chairman of Glencore, the CEO of PepsiCo and the head of Siemens Global's technology and strategy unit.
