Russia's export of rolled steel and pipes to Egypt increased

According to the information SteelRadar reporters received by market representatives: in March 2023, the export of Russian rolled steel and pipes to Egypt amounted to 33 thousand tons. In general, from January to March, the volume of deliveries reached 115 thousand tons, which is 2.2 times higher than last year.

The share of these export supplies were as follows; about 65% of flat unalloyed steel (+ 3.2 times), 18% - steel rebar, and wire rod (+100 times) and 16% of steel pipes (-35%).
