Yeni KDV düzenlemesi yeni başlayacak bir inşaat konut alacaklara yüzde 20 maliyet yaratacak. Ancak inşaatı başlamış veya ruhsat almış projeler ise karlı olacak. Türkiye Tüm Emlak Müşavirleri Federasyonu ve Ankara Tüm Emlakçılar Meslek Odası Başkanı Ali Taylan, söz konusu verginin maliyetinin 1.5-2 yıl sonra oluşabileceğini söyledi.
