Rize'de Acele Kamulaştırma

Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan Bakanlar Kurulu kararına göre, Rize'nin merkez Piriçelebi Mahallesi'ndeki bazı taşınmazların "Rize 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve Cumhuriyet Meydanı Projesi" kapsamında, Rize Belediyesi tarafından acele kamulaştırılmasına karar verildi.

Söz konusu karar, 2942 sayılı Kamulaştırma Kanunu'nun 27'nci maddesine göre 15 Ağustos'ta Bakanlar Kurulu tarafından alındı.
