Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises' production of rolled products in 2023 increased by 30% compared to the previous month and amounted to 334 thousand tons. On an annual basis, rolled product production decreased by 73.6%, steel production by 72.9% and pig iron production by 76.5%.
Steel production increased by 49.3% m-o-m to 424 thousand tons, while pig iron production decreased by 8.1% m-o-m to 353 thousand tons. Rolled product production decreased by 79.9% y-o-y between January and February to 591 thousand tons.
