As of the beginning of the week, prices in the steel mesh market in Turkiye have been following a stable trend in general, although prices change according to regions. According to 20 January 2025 current data, steel mesh prices were determined in the band of 610-634 USD across Turkiye.
The current steel mesh prices evaluated by steelradar.com on 20 January 2025 were recorded as follows:
- Izmir: Steel mesh prices 22.500,00 TL + VAT (634,23 USD)
- Payas Prices 21.650,00 TL + VAT (610,27 USD)
- Gebze: 21.700,00 TL + VAT (611,68 USD)
Stagnation in market conditions and fluctuations in the demand-supply balance are among the main reasons for the changes in prices. While the sector remains calm, no major movement in prices is expected in the short term.
