Socar'ın pay alımının ardından Petkim hisseleri üzerinde tesis edilen rehin kaldırıldı.

Petkim Hisseleri Üzerindeki Rehin Kalktı

Petkim hakim ortağı Socar Turkey Enerji'nin (STEAŞ) şirkette yüzde 51 pay alması kapsamındaki kredinin geri ödenmesine bağlı olarak, şirket hisseleri üzerinde tesis edilen rehnin kaldırıldığını duyurdu.

Petkim'den KAP'a yapılan açıklamada, STEAŞ'ın sahip olduğu Petkim sermayesinin yüzde 2.35'ini temsil eden paylar ve STEAŞ'ın bağlı ortaklığı SOCAR Turkey Petrokimya'nın sahip olduğu Petkim sermayesinin yüzde 51'ini temsil eden paylar üzerinde kredi verenler lehine tesis edilen rehinlerin kaldırıldığı belirtildi.
